Client Relations Coordinator - Receptionist

This is a chance to join our team for the long term as we are looking for a career receptionist.  Our ideal candidate will have a positive, caring, bright personality and enjoy interacting with clients and team members.  As you will be representing Evolution in a frontline position, you will be well-groomed with good communication skills.  You will also need to take ownership of your role and look to always improve on ways to carry out your responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Effective and professional telephone operation;

  • Assisting clients and understanding their needs and requirements to know when and where enquiries need to be directed effectively;

  • Transferring calls and taking messages after consideration as needed;

  • Provide quality service, greeting our clients with a smile and taking the time to establish a relationship making the clients feel comfortable and welcome;

  • Co-ordinate administrative duties and prioritise tasks to balance competing demands and client needs;

  • Maintain the mail-in and mail-out tasks, including typing letters;

  • Running errands such as banking and lunch orders;

  • Assisting with data entry and filing where required;

  • Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times;

  • Supporting the administration, accounting and financial planning teams

You will need;

  • A driver's license;

  • A high level of maturity and awareness;

  • A professional and friendly manner;

  • Clear, concise and confident verbal and written communication;

  • Strong client service skills;

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail;

  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft outlook and office;

  • A quick learner who looks for ways to improve.
