Brad joined Evolution at the end of 2021, having previously been a Financial Planner with a large financial institution for close to 21 years. Brad was appointed to Head our Financial Planning team in early 2024. Brad has attained & completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Finance), an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, the Certified Financial Planner Education program & all FASEA Examination & Education requirements.    Brad values long-term relationships with his clients and enjoys assisting them achieve their financial goals so that they don’t have to worry about their finances & can enjoy the things that are more important in life.

Shantel has been at Evolution since 2006. Shantel attained a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and a Masters of Financial Planning degree.    Her specialist area is aged care having gained qualifications in this area that are unique to this financial planning industry. Shantel has an excellent ability to obtain a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and recognises that everyone’s personal and financial situations are unique. Shantel believes that teamwork and professionalism are essential to building long-term client relationships. Shantel has a young family with two children and spends most of her free time playing and getting out and about with her children and husband. Matt began working for Evolution in 2016 and became a Financial Adviser in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Business majoring in International Business from the University of Newcastle. Matt received a Business faculty medal from the University and has also completed a Diploma of Financial Planning. Matt is passionate about helping clients begin their investment journeys and believes in the importance of starting towards your goals early. He enjoys assisting young clients with their financial education and develops plans that are easy to understand and effective.

Andrew has over fifteen years of experience as a financial planner. His passion is helping clients to exceed their retirement expectations by putting them on a pathway to success. He has studied Economics, Banking, Finance, and Securities Law graduating from the University of Newcastle.

Jason started his career as a financial planner in 2008 - in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis. He attributes this introduction to helping shape his approach. His focus is on relationships and strong people connection. He believes in creating trust by educating his clients through open communication and quality advice.
